Cancellation/Refund Weekends in the Catskills, New York

CANCELLATION POLICY IN EFFECT AS FOLLOWS:

Early departures will be charged a two (2)-night minimum at the weekend rate per person.
All reservations are a 2 night minimum stay at the weekend rate.

Early check-outs are responsible for payment of entire weekend – no exceptions.

APRIL 21-22  DANCE WEEKEND 
VILLA ROMA RESORT, CALLICOON, NEW YORK

• Cancel by: April 5,  2023  – Full Refund
  Cancel between: April 6-April 13, 2033 – Forfeit $150 per person
  Cancel between: April 14-April 22, 2023 Guests charged (1) night at full weekend rate

JUNE 16-18, 2023  DANCE WEEKEND 
VILLA ROMA RESORT, CALLICOON, NEW YORK

• Cancel by: MAY 31,  2023  – Full Refund
  Cancel between: June 1-June 8, 2033 – Forfeit $150 per person
  Cancel between: June 9-June 16, 2023 Guests charged (1) night at full weekend rate
