Cancellation/Refund Weekends in the Catskills, New York

CANCELLATION POLICY IN EFFECT AS FOLLOWS:

Early departures will be charged a two (2)-night minimum at the weekend rate per person.
All reservations are a 2 night minimum stay at the weekend rate.

Early check-outs are responsible for payment of entire weekend – no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy on Day Packages-Non Refundable

APRIL DANCE WEEKEND – APRIL 3rd-5th, 2020
VILLA ROMA RESORT, CALLICOON, NEW YORK

  • Cancel by: March 5, 2020 – Full Refund
  • Cancel between: March 6-March 12, 2020 – Forfeit $100 per person
  • Cancel between: March 13-April 3, 2020 Guests charged (1) night
    (including taxes per person)

JUNE DANCE WEEKEND – JUNE 19-21, 2020, 2020
VILLA ROMA RESORT, CALLICOON, NEW YORK

  • Cancel by: May 21, 2020 – Full Refund
  • Cancel between: May 22-May 28, 2020 – Forfeit $100 per person
  • Cancel between: May 29-June 19, 2020 Guests charged (1) night
    (including taxes per person)
