Cancellation/Refund Weekends in the Catskills, New York

CANCELLATION POLICY IN EFFECT AS FOLLOWS BASED ON A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY:

Early departures will be charged a two (2)-night minimum at the weekend rate per person.
All reservations are a 2 night minimum stay at the weekend rate.

Early check-outs are responsible for payment of entire weekend – no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy on Day Packages-Non Refundable

November 15-17, 2024 DANCE WEEKEND 
VILLA ROMA RESORT, CALLICOON, NEW YORK

• Cancel by: October 17th, 2024  – Full Refund
  Cancel between: October 18th through October 24th,  2024 – Forfeit $150 per person
  Cancel between: October 25th through November 15th, 2024  Guest charged (1) night at full weekend rate
