Canadian Privacy Laws

Your personal information that you send to us will be stored by a third party service provider in the United States.  On May 28, 2011, Business Catalyst (our website host) will be migrating their North American data center from a hosting service in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, to a hosting service located in New Jersey, United States. All data they host for us and for our customers will be migrated.  Canadian privacy laws require us to notify our Canadian customers about this migration.  As a result of this migration of data, Business Catalyst can be required to disclose personal information to US courts, legal agencies and the US government if they receive appropriate legal process (such as a court order or Subpoena) compelling them to do so.
